About me
Final-year Computer Science Engineering student at Sri Eshwar College of Engineering, Tamil Nadu — and the sole computational biology researcher at my institution. My work sits at the intersection of machine learning and living systems: I develop federated learning frameworks for high-dimensional biological data where samples are scarce and features are extreme.
My primary research output is REEF (Robust Expert Encoder Federation), a vertical federated learning framework for coral multi-omics stress response analysis, published on arXiv (2601.00050). I also have an ongoing paper proposing a novel inference architecture for protein structure prediction using AlphaFold2.
What am I good at?
Federated & Machine Learning
Vertical federated learning in extreme P>>N regimes, multi-omics data fusion, saliency-based feature attribution, permutation testing for federated encoders, and federated inference architecture for protein structure prediction.
Computational Biology
Coral multi-omics analysis (transcriptomics, proteomics, metabolomics), stress resilience in Montipora capitata, differential expression, and protein structure prediction pipelines (AlphaFold2, MSA, Evoformer).
Software & Systems
Flutter app development (Android, F-Droid CI/CD), FastAPI backends, PostgreSQL/MongoDB/Redis architectures, Python data pipelines, Linux system administration (Arch, Fedora, Debian), and NixOS declarative environments.
DevOps & Cloud
CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Docker), AWS and Azure infrastructure, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Nix Flakes), and reproducible research environments.
